9News Perth
Paddy Sweeney is a journalist, entrepreneur, producer, presenter, and the Sports Director for 9News Perth. He began his career in the media industry in 2011 as the sole reporter for the Narrogin Observer, managing the weekly publication for over a year. He then moved to the Kalgoorlie Miner to pursue his passion – sports reporting.
Throughout his career, Paddy has covered major sporting events, including the Australian Open tennis, Perth Wildcats championships, the AFL’s Gather Round, and interstate Finals campaigns for both the Eagles and the Dockers. He also covered the West Coast Eagles’ historic 2018 Premiership on the road.
In addition to his journalism career, Paddy serves as an ambassador for the Ronald McDonald House. He participated in the Ride for Sick Kids in both 2023 and 2024, supporting families during difficult times and helping provide essential services for children and their families.

Reservation Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation, reduced guest numbers on arrival, or no-shows are non-refundable. Different policies may apply to group bookings of 50 or more guests.
Private Dining Rooms & Minimum Spend
When booking a private or semi-private dining room or space, a minimum spend may apply. Private dining room bookings do not require a minimum spend, provided the party size meets the minimum room capacity. For bookings below the required guest threshold, a custom minimum spend will be determined at the discretion of the Restaurant Manager. This minimum spend is for food and beverages only and does not include any additional fees or charges, such as service charges or surcharges. If the minimum spend is not reached, the remaining balance can either be used toward additional food and beverages or charged as a room hire fee to meet the minimum spend requirement.
BYO & Cakeage
We regret to inform you that outside beverages are not permitted at our establishment. As we are a fully licensed venue, we proudly provide an extensive selection of wines and beverages through our comprehensive list. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to offering you our exceptional range of libations to complement your dining experience. Should you choose to bring your own cake, please note that a cakeage fee of $3 per person will be applicable.

All guests are required to dine on event day set menus. All menu items and prices are subject to change based on seasonal availability.
Arrival and Seating Durations
All reservations are subject to a seating duration of 3 hours. Kindly emphasise to your guests the importance of arriving slightly ahead of your agreed time so that you can enjoy your meal within the confirmed time period. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise; however, in order to accommodate all guests, we can only hold your reservation and table for a maximum of 15 minutes beyond the scheduled reservation time. Regrettably, should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your table may be released to ensure a smooth operation and minimise any inconvenience to other guests.

We acknowledge and appreciate your seating preferences and we make every effort to accommodate them; however, we cannot guarantee specific seating arrangements. Kindly understand that for groups exceeding 12 guests, it may be necessary to allocate seating across multiple tables.
