Current Positions
Host Department - Host Attendant
Contributes to the efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant and
maintaining The Meat & Wine Co (“the Company”) reputation and culture. Further to
this responsibility, a Host Assistant is responsible for maintaining a high standard of
efficient customer flow and communicating feedback from customers.
Food & Beverage Attendant
Contributes to the efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant while maintaining The Meat & Wine Co (“the Company”) reputation and culture. Further to this responsibility, a Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for maintaining a high standard of food, service, and health and safety.
Runner
Contributes to the efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant while maintaining the (“the Company”) reputation and culture. Further to this responsibility, a runner is responsible for maintaining a high standard of food, service, and health and safety.
Line Cook
Contributes to the efficient and profitable operation of the kitchen while maintaining

responsibility, a Line Cook is responsible for maintaining a high standard of food and

Bar Attendant
Contributes to the efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant while maintaining The Meat & Wine Co. (“the Company”) reputation and culture. Further to this responsibility, a Bartender is responsible for maintaining a high standard of beverage, service and health and safety in the bar.
