How do our e-gift vouchers work?
Essentially, you order and pay for the gift card online and we will email you (the purchaser) a PDF version of your gift card to your supplied email address. You can then send this on to your lucky recipient when the time is right! The vouchers can be used in our online store for merchandise and also in any of our venues.
Redeeming your voucher
Each voucher has a unique code. This code must be provided to the front of house team during payment, they will verify the code and that there is an appropriate value available on the voucher. You can redeem part of the voucher’s value (eg if you have a $500 voucher, you could redeem $250 the first visit, then the remaining $250 on your second visit). Once the voucher’s value has been completely redeemed, the code will be disabled.
Expiry
Vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase date.
