At our Sydney restaurant locations in Sydney CBD, Barangaroo, Bella Vista and Parramatta, you’ll find a tantalising selection of fresh seafood entrees and mains made with seafood sourced from local, sustainable suppliers wherever possible. • Whisky cured salmon with roe, radish, a dash of truffle oil and a dollop of cauliflower custard cream
• Lightly fried Szechuan-style calamari with cucumber, lemon, onion and nam jim (a sweet and tangy dipping sauce)

• Asian-inspired skewered grilled salmon with fermented chilli, miso, sesame, soy, scallions, ginger and garlic
