At The Meat & Wine Co, our talented team of chefs has put together three- and four-course set Christmas dinners with all the trimmings, as well as a delicious Christmas menu for lunch and a canapes selection perfect for Christmas parties. The Meat & Wine Co three-course and four-course Christmas dinners
One of our most popular options for family Christmas dinners and intimate Christmas parties, our three-course and four-course set menus hold true to our ethos of using top-quality ingredients and cutting-edge preparation techniques in every dish.
Whet your appetite on arrival with our fresh, buttery garlic bread smeared with air-dried ricotta and a hint of white truffle oil. For entrees, enjoy some of our favourites: lightly-fried Szechuan-style calamari, irresistibly crispy glazed pork belly, and delicate sous-vide beetroot brought to life with smoked labne, chives and balsamic. With our four-course menu, you can also sample our melt-in-your-mouth wagyu tartare prepared with smoked yolk and a light green dressing.
Of course, The Meat & Wine Co Christmas menu wouldn’t be complete without juicy cuts of steak from our exclusive range of Monte beef. For your main, choose from a 300g fillet “Shorthorn”, a 500g wagyu rump steak, or a 300g wagyu rib-eye (three-course menu only) prepared to your liking on our signature grill and finished off with a sauce of your choice.
If you’re in the mood for something different, there are plenty of other options on the table as well. How about a full rack of slow-cooked pork ribs, Asian-inspired salmon, Moroccan-spiced chicken breast, or orecchiette with garden-fresh flavours? It’s all up to you!
The only thing we insist on is that you leave room for dessert, because it’s worth it – trust us. Choose from a creamy classic crème brulee, a golden raspberry-apple pie with mascarpone ice cream, or a modern twist on the classic tiramisu with mascarpone cream, coffee, and a dash of marsala.
Christmas lunch menus
Planning a more casual Christmas lunch for work, friends or family? You can also choose from a two-course or three-course lunch menu, available at all our restaurants in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth.
Just like our dinner menus, on our Christmas lunch menus you’ll find a selection of some our most popular dishes as well as some specially-curated lunch entrees, mains and desserts. Try our creamy, savoury panna cotta with parmesan or classic bruschetta to start, or sample any of the entrees mentioned above.
For mains, you can of course enjoy one of our signature Monte beef steaks, or try one of our most popular lunch dishes, including slow-cooked lamb shoulder with roasted pumpkin, a juicy American-style cheeseburger, crispy skin barramundi, an Asian-inspired poke bowl, and more.
As per our dinner menu, we also recommend finishing off your Christmas lunch with a tempting crème brulee or a flaky raspberry-apple pie. Bon appetit!

Choose a 2-hour, 2.5-hour or 3-hour package depending on how long you’ve booked for, and select from standard, premium, and deluxe beverage packages to suit your preferences. Each package includes a selection of wines and beers, as well as soft drinks and juices. On our premium and deluxe drinks menu, you’ll find a more exclusive range of wines from esteemed wine regions around Australia, as well as a selection of craft beers to suit guests who prefer something a little fancier than the standard.
